Ananda Yoga

I took my very first yoga class here six months ago, it was a Sunday VinYin with Erika. I have been hooked since then. The studio is so welcoming and beautiful, Erika does a great job of cultivating a space of peace, joy and laughter. If you are looking for a phenomenal yoga studio to take classes, Ananda is simply the best!

I have been coming to this studio for a long time. I have enjoyed coming here and have progressed in my yoga practice and have become stronger. All my teachers have been wonderful and has taught me different things. The owner Ericka is very energetic and joyful and always ready to answer questions for my benefit. Coming to the class sets me up for the rest of the day and I am grateful!

This studio is a GEM! Cozy and Inviting. Erika is so sweet and a beautiful teacher. Between her and her team of teachers there is a class for everyone. The events are also deliciously blissful. If you haven’t yet…check this place out, you will fall in love with it and it’s laid back vibe.

This is an incredible boutique studio. I tried their therapeutic yoga class today and i don't say this lightly, it was transcendent! I am more of an occasional yogi and learned a lot today as well. Erika, the owner, is a gem. The classes are smaller which allowed Erika to give specific instruction catered to the student's needs. I appreciate that. The studio is cozy and clean, with a bohemian aesthetic. Erika took the time to stay after for 20 minutes answering questions i had regarding joint pain from other workouts.
